I am writing another review regarding their abysmal and irresponsible customer service.
Despite my simple and reasonable request for them to verify the facts with the staff member on-site and cross-check their past vehicle photos, I have received absolutely no response for over three weeks. Even their reply to my previous review was a hollow, template-based message with zero substance. Since then, they have returned to total silence.
I am now taking formal legal action, including filing a complaint with the California Attorney General. Do not think you can just ignore this and get away with it. This company is, in every sense, the absolute worst I have ever encountered
