I had a very disappointing experience. The SIM started losing network within 30 minutes of activation, constantly showing “No Service,” and I had to toggle airplane mode repeatedly just to get a signal. I contacted support immediately and followed every step they asked for, including providing screenshots and ICCID details.
Despite the issue being reported right after activation, they took 10+ hours between replies and then decided to deduct £1.40 and issue only a partial refund. Their explanation blamed the “condition of the product,” even though the SIM was faulty from the start.
It’s not about the £1.40 — it’s about the principle and the poor customer service. Slow responses, no real troubleshooting, and an unfair partial refund. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.
