Customer sServiveI recently cleaned my Roamwild birdfeeder only to find the plastic anti-squirrel collar at the base had become brittle & broke into 3 pieces when I dismantled the feeder.Aware that my warranty had run I thought I would ask Roamwild if there was any chance they could send me a couple of replacements. I was contacted immediately by Lou in the office who assured me they would be only too happy to send a couple in the post even though the warranty had expired.The afore mentioned anti-squirrel collars were dispatched straight away & duly arrived a day or so later in the post. So I am now protected again from you know who!!Awesome customer service!Many thanks Lou!
