Item not delivered on the delivery date. Robert Dyas customer service team advised that MH Star had dispatched to the courier DX. DX stated that MH Star had not sent the item to them and this happens regularly. Spent most of the morning on the phone going between DX to Robert Dyas. Now I have to sort out more time off when the item is finally delivered. Really put me off using this company again
