I ordered 2 bath panels, 1 side and 1 end at a cost of £180. They arrived damaged, i sent photos and customer services apologised and sent out two more panels, they also arrived damaged. More photos sent by email, against my wished a 3rd pair were sent and as predicted they also arrived damaged. I keep telling them this is because the manufacturer has woefully poor packaging on the product, with no protection for the painted mdf panels edges or corners. I asked for half of my money back and was insulted to be offered 20% refund and later offered 10% of any future purchase!! As if I would!
All communication has been by email so I have a record of all exchanges. AFTER 3 WEEKS and numerous emails 'Customer services' are now ignoring my emails and the problem has not been resolved. I am left with 6 unuseable panels to take to my nearest recycling centre 10 miles away, for which I will probably have to pay. I am also £180 out of pocket and have no useable panels, my bathroom refurbishment project is weeks behind schedule and I will need to source the panels somewhere else and shell out again! Absolute ballache and crap service. I and my family and friends will never buy from Robert Dyas ever again.
