Ordered a matching tv unit and side unit on 2.2.26 and still not completed order satisfactorily as at 1.3.26. Each item delivered separately within one day of each other. 2nd parcel badly damaged, wet, filthy, battered, punctured in several places and internal polystyrene compromised with parts moving inside. I expressed my concern but delivery guy said no damage, open if damage they sort and walked off. Over 12 damaged parts in first 3 layers of package, so repackaged and requested a whole replacement which was not acceptable to supplier. Therefore, requested refund and reordered. 2nd parcel was also badly damaged but this time I refused delivery and awaiting a refund. Terrible experience, had to wait in 4 times for delivery/collection, countless emails trying to sort this as Robert Dyas has to liaise with supplier. Frustrating and stressful and would not recommend.
