Ella was great! Lovely lady that showed me around and gave time alone to look around and ask any questions and always had a quick knowledgeable answer for everything. Overall she is very lovely and approachable she knows her stuff 😁💪🏽 Not to mention her quick response any time I had a question via text or email always ensuring she gets back to you. Ella also did great in ringing back when I had left a message with a different branch! Which I was surprised about considering previous estate agents In the past so Super customer service from Ella! Very impressed with Ella throughout viewing and aftercare service she goes above and beyond best estate agent I’ve ever met by far 🤗
