I struggle with phone calls, and dealing with them has severely impacted my mental health. It feels like this company shows no concern for tenants' personal circumstances or those with disabilities. Now, I must wait until tomorrow, totaling 48 hours without heating or hot water. I reiterated that they would need to send someone after noon, but they disregarded my limitations due to their policies. I even offered to email documentation to support my claims, but it was dismissed. This company is unprofessional, neglectful, and has caused me significant distress.
