Very fast and efficient service fault found and fixed in no time. Only thing is it would be really nice to speak to someone and not press buttons. This is stopping humans being humans we are not a world run by robots . really bad business ethics
I was not pleased with the call I received regarding sending an engineer. This call felt unnecessary after I had already reported the repair. Additionally, sending a gas engineer to fix an electric heat pump was not appropriate. I was also disappointed that the morning appointment scheduled for 8/1/2026 was missed without any notification. However, when the engineer did arrive, I appreciated his professionalism and the quick resolution of the issue.
As a vulnerable individual with both mental health and physical disabilities, I take sedatives three times daily and cannot have visitors before noon or usually after 5 PM. I offered to provide documentation via email to verify this, but they completely ignored my situation, insisting their 'policy' takes precedence over my medical advice and personal circumstances. With no heating or hot water during freezing temperatures, I received a call today at 3 PM stating they would arrive before 10 PM to resolve the issue. I explained that I would have to postpone taking my sedatives to be alert for their arrival, and they assured me they would be there tonight. However, just ten minutes ago, they informed me they would not come, leaving me in a situation where I should be sedated but am not due to their false promises. I struggle with phone calls, and dealing with them has severely impacted my mental health. It feels like this company shows no concern for tenants' personal circumstances or those with disabilities. Now, I must wait until tomorrow, totaling 48 hours without heating or hot water. I reiterated that they would need to send someone after noon, but they disregarded my limitations due to their policies. I even offered to email documentation to support my claims, but it was dismissed. This company is unprofessional, neglectful, and has caused me significant distress. I plan to contact the ombudsman and media to file a formal complaint. They seem uninterested in assisting vulnerable tenants facing harsh conditions. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I had to wait for 2 weeks, and after a delay, my appointment was postponed by another week, resulting in a total wait of 3 weeks. When the technician finally arrived, they missed some parts that needed replacement. However, I returned the following week, and I was pleased to see that the boiler was fixed.
I was out on the school run when the technician came to our location. Upon my return, I noticed him in the parking area. He kindly agreed to return and complete the repair. He fixed the leak, replaced a part, and was very courteous. Thank you!
