From our first meeting in their comfortable and cheerful office, Robert’s kind, compassionate and sensitive handling of all the details we needed to put in place went a long way to reduce our stress and distress. Everything was organised well in time, clearly explained, and the regular contact throughout the month before the double funeral was reassuring and timely. The funeral itself with its well-planned music and slideshow by Wesley Media went off smoothly. It was much appreciated by those who were there, and by those who watched the live-stream and recording, as the many messages we received testified. The florist they use produced beautiful bouquets with the minimum specification from us – thank you Lynda.
