From our first meeting in their comfortable and cheerful office, Robert’s kind, compassionate and sensitive handling of all the details we needed to put in place went a long way to reduce our stress and distress. The funeral itself with its well-planned music and slideshow by Wesley Media went off smoothly. It was much appreciated by those who were there, and by those who watched the live-stream and recording, as the many messages we received testified. The florist they use produced beautiful bouquets with the minimum specification from us – thank you Lynda. We can genuinely say that Robert, Karen and their team made a real difference at a terrible time in our lives. We thoroughly recommend their services.
I wish we could award more than five stars. It is always sad to deal with the death of a family member but I can honestly say Karen and Robert were so kind and compassionate. They made us feel comfortable, welcome and at ease. Everything was explained in a kind and gentle manner. They took on board Dad's wishes and even went the extra mile to help my Mother upon collection of Dad's ashes. Robert Quinn funeral directors provided an excellent service for my father. As we live abroad, we wanted to arrange the funeral as quickly as possible, and Robert was able to help us so that the funeral was arranged within a few days of the death certificate being issued. Robert guided us through the entire process and after our first visit to his warm and welcoming office, all the follow-up interactions were via email or phone, which made communication very efficient. The funeral itself was direct and sincere and several people who attended said that it went very well. At every moment, we knew what would happen because Robert gave us excellent instructions. We would like to thank Robert and his team, for all their help with the arrangements, service itself and support, which helped us get through the day.
