Amazing company. I bought a farm with them in 2018 and went back to them for another purchase of a house that we were buying with cash because it was not mortgageable. Also, the seller was in a huge rush. Will Mellor was absolutely fantastic as well as his colleague, Ben, who was the seller's solicitor.
