I ordered boots and a belt totaling nearly £500, but have yet to receive my order. I emailed the representative since there's no direct customer service number, only a sales line directing me back to emails. It has been almost three weeks, and I'm told the delay is with the postal service. I've asked for proof of contact with them but have not heard back. I will not be purchasing from this service again due to their terrible customer support. It's unbelievable for a company selling premium products to lack a direct line for inquiries. I'm still waiting on a full refund, especially since these items were intended as a birthday gift and it's close to Christmas. Who knows when or if I'll receive my refund? I will consider further action if I don't get a response in the next five days. I highly recommend avoiding this service entirely, as it’s not worth your time, patience, or money!
