I reached out to the representative via email, as there is no direct customer service number available, only a sales line directing me back to emailing. It has been nearly three weeks, and the representative claims the delay is with the postal service. I've requested proof of their contact with the postal service but am still waiting for a response. I will not be ordering from this service again due to their unacceptable customer support. It’s shocking for a company selling high-end products to lack a direct line for customer inquiries. I’m still waiting to hear about a full refund, especially since these items were meant as a birthday gift and it’s now close to Christmas. If I ever receive a refund, who knows? I plan to take further action if I don't get a response within the next five days. I strongly advise avoiding this service at all costs, as it’s not worth your time, patience, or money!

An amazing retailer! Everyone I spoke to mentioned they were out of stock on a specific boot. I found this service through an online search, and their website confirmed availability. I reached out for confirmation and was assured they had them in stock. I placed my order on Saturday, and the boots arrived by Wednesday. What more can I say? Fantastic experience!
They clearly do not have stock available. I ordered online, and it showed as in stock. They attempted to sell me alternatives. After back and forth emails regarding a cancellation and refund, I'm still waiting without any communication. Why take my money when you don't have the products? Why does it take over two weeks to process a refund? This is unacceptable business practice. I look forward to resolving this refund issue promptly and will not buy from this merchant again.

I was then told it would take 5-6 weeks for delivery, which was not ideal. On July 2, I received another email about further delays. After some discussions, I agreed to switch to another pair but was asked to pay an additional £50, which I reluctantly did on July 9. I was assured delivery the following week, but now it’s August 9—an entire month later—and I finally received my order. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I won't purchase from this service again.
