They clearly do not have stock available. I ordered online, and it showed as in stock. They attempted to sell me alternatives. After back and forth emails regarding a cancellation and refund, I'm still waiting without any communication. Why take my money when you don't have the products? Why does it take over two weeks to process a refund? This is unacceptable business practice. I look forward to resolving this refund issue promptly and will not buy from this merchant again.
