I ordered shoes listed as 'in stock' on May 28. After no confirmation, I reached out on May 31 and received a reply on June 3 regarding a delay, which I hadn’t been informed about. I was then told it would take 5-6 weeks for delivery, which was not ideal. On July 2, I received another email about further delays. After some discussions, I agreed to switch to another pair but was asked to pay an additional £50, which I reluctantly did on July 9. I was assured delivery the following week, but now it’s August 9—an entire month later—and I finally received my order. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I won't purchase from this service again.
