I placed an order for boots and a belt totaling nearly £500, but have yet to receive anything. I reached out to the representative via email, as there is no direct customer service number available, only a sales line directing me back to emailing. It has been nearly three weeks, and the representative claims the delay is with the postal service. I've requested proof of their contact with the postal service but am still waiting for a response. I will not be ordering from this service again due to their unacceptable customer support. It’s shocking for a company selling high-end products to lack a direct line for customer inquiries. I’m still waiting to hear about a full refund, especially since these items were meant as a birthday gift and it’s now close to Christmas. If I ever receive a refund, who knows? I plan to take further action if I don't get a response within the next five days. I strongly advise avoiding this service at all costs, as it’s not worth your time, patience, or money!
