Cancellation Nightmare: My account continued to be charged even after I canceled. Their terms state that if you suspect incorrect billing, you must contact support within sixty days after the billing statement. However, when I tried to reach out, I was met with a message saying only paying customers can receive direct assistance. What a frustrating situation—my card is charged, and I have no way to stop it.
