Both of my recent withdrawal requests were cancelled, and shortly thereafter the withdrawal function on my account was disabled. Despite full compliance with your verification requirements, my account remains restricted and I have not received a clear explanation or defined timeframe for resolution.

Confirmation that my submitted verification documents have been received and approved.
A specific explanation for the withdrawal access restriction and cancellation of both transactions.
A realistic and clearly defined timeframe for restoring full withdrawal functionality.
I was previously informed that this matter would be resolved within a maximum period of five days. That timeframe has now passed, and the absence of a structured update or timeline is concerning.
I value a professional and transparent relationship and intend to continue trading; however, access to my funds and clear communication are essential. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed at the appropriate supervisory or compliance level to ensure a prompt resolution.
