I am writing this as a VIP Silver client (Ticked ID : 2290860) to address an ongoing restriction on my withdrawal access following a profitable XAUUSD trade on February 11.

While my trading access remains active, my ability to withdraw my $20,000 balance has been restricted for 12 business days. I have been fully transparent and cooperative with all requests under Clauses 4.4, 4.6, 4.9, and 13.18:

Feb 12: Submitted the requested "ID Selfie" immediately. It took the company 8 business days to move to the next step.

Feb 24: Submitted a recent utility bill for residential verification as requested.

It has now been 4 business days since my last submission. As a VIP member, I am assigned a personal manager (Anastasia), yet I am still being told to "wait" without a definitive timeline or explanation for why a standard utility bill check is exceeding the 48-hour industry standard.

I value RoboForex as a broker, but 12 business days is an unacceptable timeframe for a VIP account.I really do hope you will fix it today.

I am formally escalating Ticket 2290860 regarding the cancellation of my withdrawal requests and the subsequent restriction placed on my withdrawal access.

Both of my recent withdrawal requests were cancelled, and shortly thereafter the withdrawal function on my account was disabled. As instructed under clauses 4.4, 4.6, 4.9, and 13.18 of the Client Agreement, I have already submitted the requested selfie with my ID and my RoboForex Member Area visible.

Despite full compliance with your verification requirements, my account remains restricted and I have not received a clear explanation or defined timeframe for resolution.

For clarity and transparency, I request the following:

Confirmation that my submitted verification documents have been received and approved.

A specific explanation for the withdrawal access restriction and cancellation of both transactions.

A realistic and clearly defined timeframe for restoring full withdrawal functionality.

I was previously informed that this matter would be resolved within a maximum period of five days. That timeframe has now passed, and the absence of a structured update or timeline is concerning.

I value a professional and transparent relationship and intend to continue trading; however, access to my funds and clear communication are essential. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed at the appropriate supervisory or compliance level to ensure a prompt resolution.

This is concerning because I currently have an active trade running on this account, which is showing a profit of over $2,000 as per my last access. I am unable to monitor or manage the position due to this login issue.

My candid feedback on the service. I utilize several brokers in addition to this one, such as others in the market. I've been using the ProCent account to experiment with small accounts for fun. It's important to note that aside from gold, most major and minor pairs do have a noticeable spread, which should be considered before trading these pairs. Personally, I don't trade currency pairs with this service due to the spreads. However, the spread on gold is exceptionally competitive compared to regulated brokers, and if you disagree, you might be trading during volatile times when spreads increase for all brokers. The execution is remarkably efficient when placing market orders or limit/stop orders; I have no complaints on that front, though it may depend on your internet speed. Profit taking is nearly instantaneous, typically taking around a second to close positions, with a maximum delay of two seconds. I haven't encountered any issues with withdrawals; I successfully grew an account from 250€ to 3.3k€, and the payment was processed relatively quickly to my bank account. Overall, I've had great experiences with this service and plan to continue trading with them, as I haven't faced any dissatisfaction. Many of the complaints from others seem to stem from personal issues rather than the service itself. Having traded for over seven years, I'm well aware of the risks associated with high leverage, which I wouldn't recommend for beginners as it can quickly deplete your account. When I accumulate enough capital in the ProCent account, I always transfer a portion to the PRIME account. If you took the time to read about the account types and the spreads for each, you'd see that the PRIME account is suitable for most regular traders, featuring capped leverage at 1:300 and spreads starting from zero across all pairs. Once again, I'm pleased to conduct business with them.
