I wish I had of read these reviews before I purchased my S7 Max Roborock from them. While we love our robovac, I returned to them to purchase replacement bags and was advised the bags on their website would fit - they didn't. I spent $70 on 2 x packs of bags (which took 3 weeks to arrive), I might as well of thrown the money at a wall as the Roborock team won't even reply or take responsibility for their mistake (even though I have proof they told me by way of online chat record). I will never purchase anything from this company again, consumer beware. Purchase everything from Robot Specialist, their customer service is great & shipping is fast.
