Disappointing Experience with Warranty

I purchased a vacuum from a seller via an online platform and registered the product on the manufacturer's website. The LIDAR sensor failed after just a month. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they claimed that no warranty was offered because it was purchased from the online platform, despite it being sold by their official store. Based on my experience, this product seems unreliable, and there's essentially no warranty unless bought directly from them.

Don't waste your money

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to resolve an issue with my device for over a month. I've been given two case numbers, neither of which have been addressed, and I receive daily automated emails stating they haven't heard from me, so the issue must be resolved. Don't waste your money.

18 months of frustration with the model

I've had the product for 18 months and returned it for service about three times, approximately every six months for the same issue: battery problems and charging failures. I cannot recommend this model. Even after repairs, it hasn't performed as well as in the initial months. With the warranty expiring soon, I doubt it will last much longer. They seem unable to fix or support their product. It wasn't cheap, so I'm very disappointed.

If I could rate zero stars, I definitely would. We've encountered numerous issues (Lidar, mapping, docking, emptying, and sensor errors) with this device since purchase. After reporting these issues to the manufacturer, I followed their suggestions without success. We barely used it for more than six months, which was a nightmare. Even after taking it to an authorized repair center, it malfunctioned again within two weeks. I've sent a lot of documentation and emails over the past 18 months, all ignored. I was asked to email for follow-up, but I have no confidence in their willingness to resolve this. A lot of money wasted on a clearly faulty device. Consider a different brand to avoid the hassle.

Returned for repair, still not fixed after a month

Sent it for repairs and received it back a month later, still unfixed. I've called five times and provided email proof of multiple issues. Each time, they promised to email me within one to two business days, but they never do! It seems that as part of the warranty, they will only replace faulty units within the first 30 days; otherwise, they only offer repairs.

Faulty repairs, inadequate support, and no accountability

I cannot recommend this brand due to my experience with their repair services and customer support. I initially sent my vacuum for not finding its dock. They claimed there was no issue with the vacuum but suggested I pay to replace the dock fan. After the unit was returned, it developed a new problem where it no longer empties properly. Despite sending it back multiple times, the same fault persisted, and I was told there was 'no issue.' Their support team often misreads information and suggests basic troubleshooting steps I've already tried. This has been a waste of my time and money. Even with clear evidence, they refuse to acknowledge the issue, instead suggesting unrelated faults. After spending money on their repairs, I'm left with a vacuum that doesn't work as promised and a company that won't support its service. Very disappointing after-sales service.

Reluctant to leave a negative review, but...

I hesitate to leave negative reviews as experiences vary, but my experience with this brand has been poor. I bought a model directly from them in December 2023. By mid-2025, it stopped functioning properly, and the repair center informed me it needed a new Lidar, costing almost half of what I paid for the unit. I reached out to customer service for feedback but received no response. The repair center insisted on returning the unit to me, so I inquired about recycling options, receiving only an acknowledgment without substantive follow-up. I will be avoiding this brand in the future.

Stopped working after 18 months

Stopped functioning after 18 months. Not worth the investment. Initially performed well, but after a year and a half, the model ceased to work without any damage or misuse. It's out of warranty, and support has not been helpful. For a product at this price point, I expected better longevity. A robot vacuum shouldn't be disposable. If you're looking for something reliable, consider other brands.
