Received the roborocks 7 Max ultra, and on day 2 it broke. Contacted Customer Service who referred me to Service Team, and they asked me for videos and photos etc which I sent them. They said there's something wrong with the vacuum and I should contact Customer Service to replace it. Then, I contacted Customer Service and provided them with the ref number of my communication with the Service Team. They then asked me for a Video and photos of the problem and to forward my communications to the Service Team!!!! I sent them everything they asked, and they said they should forward it to their higher department for resolution. So far, I spent more than 10 hours on a product that is the most expensive one on the market, and what I got are a broken vacuum and poor customer service.
