I had a very disappointing experience with this company after ordering a pool robot in November. Despite multiple attempts to check my order status, I was only met with automated responses. I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund, but I was promised a callback that never happened. After numerous follow-ups, I received an email claiming my item shipped, but the tracking number was invalid. The automated responses never lead to resolution. I'm now seeking a refund through my payment platform. This has been extremely frustrating—save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.
