Have not received my product, can not get onto anyone from the company, I have tried many ways to contact them. They sent me a tracking number that doesn’t even exist with the courier service. Starting to think I’ve been scammed. Has anyone actually been able to get a response from this company?

Purchase a Moebot S10, and in less than 10 months use it stopped charging properly. Was promised new charging plates in Sept/Oct 2025. Did not arrive. After sporadically being able to run the mower due to the charging issues the front wheels fell off just before Christmas 2025. Robot My life have no customer support. All telephone lines lead to a recorded message telling you to use the website. They have refused to cover the front wheels under warranty so not going thru Consumer affairs to get this sorted. New charging plates arrived after I told them I was going thru Consumer affairs at end of January 2026. Makes no difference though as I cannot use it without the wheels.

I wouldn’t give this company 1 star but I had to to be able to write the review. Do not waste your money buying anything from here. It took 7 weeks for my pool vacuum to arrive and once arrived it had worked twice and now will not charge or turn on. Customer Service is the worst you can’t get a reply

An absolute joke of a company - flooding instagram with ads over Black Friday and in the lead-up to Xmas. An order from late November is still processing and I have sent endless emails, created numerous tickets and nobody responds, messages or calls back. The AI robot on the phone line thinks 2025 is in the future, so that tells you a lot.
Do not deal with this company, who will no doubt be out of business very soon anyway as clearly they're treating everyone this way.
Obviously if they can't even deliver things how will they deal with warranty claims or problems.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs

I strongly advise against engaging with this company; it’s baffling how they remain operational. They fail to process paid orders and do not respond to any form of communication, which is utterly frustrating. I’m certain that if my robotic mower malfunctions while under warranty, I won’t receive any assistance. They simply ignore you until you decide to walk away... it’s astonishing, truly astonishing.

Frustrating Experience with Unresponsive Support

My pool cleaner has stopped working, and I'm unable to get help from the support team. All I receive are automated responses, and after getting a ticket number, nothing moves forward. Another retailer offers the same cleaner for a lower price and provides proper warranty support. Relying on automated responses feels unprofessional and misleading. I won't buy from this company again and will report their practices to the relevant authorities, as many others share similar frustrations.

A Disgraceful Experience

This company is disgraceful; customer service is nonexistent, and they seem to hope you'll just give up. I've filed three warranty claims for their faulty pool skimmer in just one year. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; it has been the worst experience I've ever had.

Unsatisfactory Support and Defective Product

The support team has been inadequate. I bought a robot vacuum, and after just five uses, it ceased functioning. The mop heads are still in good condition, yet I'm being advised to buy new ones, which raises concerns about the product's quality or the company's warranty handling. It's unreasonable to expect customers to pay for replacements so frequently. Additionally, it took six weeks for a response to my email.

Caution: Poor Service

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pool skimmer and only received automated responses to my inquiries, with no product tracking or updates. Now, I am initiating a chargeback with my bank. Their customer service is appalling, especially given that they are an Australian company. I regret not checking the negative reviews beforehand—learn from my mistakes.
