I have an issue with the my Legee D8 which is just on 12 months old and still under warranty. I lodged a ticket 30 days ago and have had 2 response emails telling me what to do, i have followed the instructions both times with no improvement. i have heard nothing in 10 days. you cannot contact any humans as all their contact lines go to automated answering but no-one calls you back
