I order a cordless vacumm on the 10th November . Have sent a number of emails only receiving 1 reply with the product is currently in presale . Which i dont understand how they can take your money for something that isnt even available to purchase . Since that email I have sent a further 3 emails asking for a estimated date of stock arriving , then an email requesting a refund but have had no replies . Starting to wonder if this was a scam 🤔
