I bought an Ultenic T10 Pro and a pool cleaner from My Robot Life. While the pool cleaner is still working fine (for now), the experience with the vacuum has been really disappointing.After only a short time, the vacuum stopped connecting to the app. I followed every troubleshooting step, split my Wi-Fi to ensure it was using the 2.4 GHz network, and reached out for help several times. The responses were polite but ultimately unhelpful, and there was no offer of a replacement or refund even though the product was still under warranty.This morning the vacuum stopped working altogether, so it has ended up in the bin. I am giving two stars only because the pool cleaner still works — but if that changes, so will my review.
