I have never encountered such an appalling level of customer service as I did with Robot My Life. I purchased the S100 PoolBot Skimmer, which was faulty from day one. The unit was organized under warranty to be returned for inspection. After much back-and-forth, I requested a refund, which they acknowledged.Following their technical review of the unit, despite my clear request for a refund, they took it upon themselves to send me a replacement unit without my consent. I was instructed to refuse the delivery, but the courier left the package without ringing my doorbell, making that impossible. When I reached out to return the item, they had the audacity to ask me to pay for return shipping—even though this entire situation was due to their incompetence and failure to follow proper procedures!To make matters worse, the customer service representatives provided vague and unhelpful responses. Initially, they acknowledged my request for a return label but later claimed I should "refuse the delivery" instead, which was completely unfeasible. Now, they expect me to cover shipping costs for an item I never asked for in the first place.This company does not stand by its word, nor does it take responsibility for its mistakes. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Robot My Life at all costs. Their unethical practices and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them a nightmare to deal with. Buy from them at your own risk!
