Ordered a replacement part for my MoeBot on Nov 22, this part is "always available" according to their site. It should have arrived within a week. I called them on Dec 4th and Jan 14th as the part had still not been despatched and both times was told they would have stock "within a fortnight". It is now Jan 28th and they are no longer providing an estimated delivery. I have asked over the phone and email for an eta and they are refusing to provide one blaming the supplier. The robot has not been able to be used for 2 months. The person I spoke to also had the nerve to get their back up when I refused to accept that they were unable to get me an eta. Suggesting that after a 2 month wait an eta was an unreasonable request because they couldn't give me what they didn't have... Then find someone who can?!To top this off, their site STILL says they have stock, when they clearly haven't for at least 2 months.30/1/25 - still no eta provided and advertised as 'always in stock' on their site.4/2/25 - I received a message from them on Product Revirw a few days ago asking for my order number, which has been supplied. No further response, they said they'd get back to me yesterday. No eta still. Item is still in stock on their site.6/2/25 - I messaged them again, as they had not responded after telling me they'd get back to me on the 3rd. Allegedly, they have stock arriving this week, so I will have the cutting plate next week. Although, I've have been told similar stories twice before so will wait and see what happens. 12/2/25 - part finally delivered. 2.5 months late.
