I had a very bad experience with this service. Due to an issue with our water purifier, we raised a request for repair. The technician visited and replaced some filters, charged us ₹5,700, but the issue still remained unresolved.We tried calling him multiple times, but he did not respond at all. We then reached out to customer support, but even they were unhelpful. We finally spoke to a higher authority, yet there was still no response or action taken.This kind of behavior is unacceptable. They are cheating customers by taking money without fixing the actual problem. I’m writing this review so no one else gets cheated the way we did.Highly NOT recommended. Avoid this service.
