The customer.support team.only knows how to pick up calls promptly but their assuarance is just a lie.

I have purchased annual maintenance services in the month of September last year and the filter is broke i have been chasing Ashwini/ Anjali & prathibha, Altaf from December 6 i have Not received any service from them they are trying to fool around and let the time go…
Recently I had booked for Aqua guard service and the technician visited and did the service by changing the filters. It worked only that day of service and water was not filling from next day itself. I called the same technician to come and recheck but he said he met with accident and couldn't make it up. I called the customer care and informed to arrange someone but they used to connect to the same technician who had visited before and not ready to send others. This continued for 1 week same way and when I call the customer care the story was supposed to be explained to every representative who picks the call but no solution. The technician also doesn't pick my call but when redirected from customer care he used to pick and say he would arrange someone but until today no one has come to check. Very bad experience and I paid 5K for the service. Later I asked some other technician from a different company to come and check, he said that the filters added was local and there was blockage in the pipe mud was filled and that is why water was not filling. He said they need to replace all the filters. These people are not ready to refund my amount also.I would recommend not to book any service from this company. Very worst experience.
I have booked a request for filters change on November 6th 2025, they has changed with local filters and charged 5800 overall. Where as the original charge of filters are 4500 . They have provided me fake bill saying that it is a company bill. Area managers are also not at all good. This is the waste service and completely fraud.

Every local technician I called either refused to come due to the festival rush or quoted unreasonable prices. To my surprise, they responded immediately and arranged a certified technician within a few hours — and this was on Diwali eve, when most people were on leave.The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and explained everything before starting the repair. He not only fixed the issue professionally but also checked the filters, cleaned the unit, and made sure the water TDS levels were perfect before leaving. He even refused to take extra money despite working on a festival day — saying, “Sir, we care for your water, that’s our duty.” That really left an impression on me.Since then, I’ve renewed my AMC plan with them, and every service has been timely and professional. Their customer support is responsive, and I get regular reminders before every scheduled maintenance.It’s rare to find companies that value service over profit, but RO Care India truly does. I can confidently say they’re 100% genuine, transparent, and genuinely care about their customers — not just their business.Thank you, RO Care India, for saving our festival and ensuring pure water for my family when I needed it the most. 🙏
I had a very bad experience with this service. Due to an issue with our water purifier, we raised a request for repair. The technician visited and replaced some filters, charged us ₹5,700, but the issue still remained unresolved.We tried calling him multiple times, but he did not respond at all. We then reached out to customer support, but even they were unhelpful. We finally spoke to a higher authority, yet there was still no response or action taken.This kind of behavior is unacceptable. They are cheating customers by taking money without fixing the actual problem. I’m writing this review so no one else gets cheated the way we did.Highly NOT recommended. Avoid this service.
I received a WhatsApp from this company with my booking.com booking details requesting I follow a link to re-enter my card details as there has been an issue with payment. I contacted the provider through booking.com who confirmed this was a scam attempt.
