I am deeply saddened by the experience my parents had at this establishment. My father suffers from a serious spinal injury that affects his mobility and faces challenges with anxiety. During their visit, my mother overheard staff members laughing and making a derogatory comment about him, loudly in front of other customers. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also incredibly painful. When confronted, the staff offered a weak excuse, claiming their reaction was related to a football game, which did not apply to the situation at all. This incident has greatly impacted my father's emotional well-being and lowered his confidence in public spaces. No customer, especially someone dealing with a disability and anxiety, should ever feel ridiculed or unwelcome. We had initially planned to purchase tiles here, but after this experience, we will seek alternatives.
