During their visit, my mother overheard staff laughing and making an inappropriate comment directed at him, which was said loudly in front of other customers. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. When approached about the incident, the staff tried to justify their actions with a weak explanation, claiming they were reacting to a football game — a rationale that clearly did not fit the context. This incident has had a significant emotional effect on my father, diminishing his confidence in public settings. No customer, especially someone dealing with a disability and anxiety, should ever feel ridiculed or unwelcome. We had initially intended to buy tiles here, but following this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
