Dreadful after sales service

We have been a customer at Roccia for a number of years. The Preston showroom is impressive. We were having our en-suite re done and visited the showroom a number of times to decided on tiles. We chose two types of tiles which were on show next to each other and which the salesman said were Italian. We ordered them and the tiler started work only to find that one set of tiles was Italian and one Spanish.The Spanish tiles were 5mil shorter, this was only discovered once the tiles had been put on. When we contacted Roccia we were told that the salesman would ring us, he didn’t, he rung the tiler and said there was nothing that could be done, so not only were we misled but there was almost a shrug of the shoulder as if to say tough so we are left with misaligned tiles.We had also ordered an expensive mirror which apparently arrived a week ago but we were only informed today and told that it would be delivered the following week despite it sitting in the warehouse for what would be a fortnight.When I rang them today I was told that someone would ring me back in 20 minutes, two hours later no one had contacted me so I rang, the guy said he would speak to the salesman and get him to ring me immediately. An hour later I was still waiting.Seems like once they have your money they are not interested in any after sales service or correcting mistakes.Update.A further hour later a delivery van turns up with the mirror and the two van men ( who were excellent) brought the mirror into the house. They were as surprised as me because no one had rung to to tell me it was being delivered, good job I was in.The quality of Roccia product is excellent but they have a lot to learn about communication and after sales service
