I am profoundly disappointed with the experience my parents faced at this store. My dad has a serious spinal injury that impacts his mobility, and he also deals with considerable anxiety. During their visit, my mum overheard staff laughing and making an inappropriate remark clearly aimed at him. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. When approached about this, the staff tried to justify their actions with a flimsy explanation, claiming they were reacting to a football game — which did not align with the situation at all. This incident has genuinely affected my dad emotionally and has diminished his confidence in public settings. No customer, particularly someone already facing challenges with disability and anxiety, should ever feel ridiculed or unwelcome. I also had a short conversation with the manager, who attempted to dismiss all claims and showed little accountability for the staff's lack of honesty and integrity. We initially intended to purchase tiles here, but after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
