Used this website a few times now and never had a problem. The website is very easy to navigate and orders don't take long to reach you either. When you come to playing the game just put the CD in, press play and then pause when you get a claim, it really is as simple as that. Both times I've hosted the game it's gone down really well. Only thing I don't like is the follow up calls a while after your purchase when the company want to find out how your game went. I was tempted to knock a star off but decided not to as everything else was spot on
