AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I applied for premium access to my account last year to express my concerns about my business account being deleted, which I believed was unjustified. After months of reaching out for assistance, I upgraded to premium to address my issues. However, I found my account downgraded to basic despite having paid for premium access. Recently, I was shocked to discover that a renewal fee of $560 was taken from my bank account without my consent, despite not using the account for months. When I logged in to address this, I saw that my account status hadn't changed. It's incredibly frustrating. I've since deactivated my account and requested my bank to dispute the charge. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

Appeal system is ineffective

I am sharing this after trying to appeal a 'Limited Visibility' enforcement on my account. After many unsuccessful attempts, I can confirm that the appeal system is entirely broken. I'm currently traveling and this triggered a security flag, locking my account in a verification loop. This security measure overrides all appeal processes. I was repeatedly told to log in, but my correct login details were rejected due to the security issue. I tried every possible way to resolve this, including using Google login, but to no avail. When I reached out to the official support channel, I received an auto-reply stating that all issues must go through the malfunctioning web forms. There are no real solutions for users facing technical locks and policy appeals. The automated system is designed to keep users with complex issues from ever reaching a human representative. It's impossible to appeal if you are traveling.

I wanted to download the app to my laptop, but it wasn't available in the store. Although it was on another platform, it failed to download. There's no support available. I intended to upgrade to a premium version, but the support is lacking, relying on unhelpful links. So I decided against using the app. Consider another social platform.
