I placed an order for several items totaling $155.96 on November 30. I received a notification on December 9 that part of my order had shipped, but the tracking link led to an unfamiliar site and didn’t provide useful information. I reached out via email but got no response. Meanwhile, my husband received a similar email regarding some items I ordered, stating they were out of stock and discontinued. He requested a full refund but hasn’t heard back. I followed up on December 14 regarding the remaining items but received no reply. On December 16, I requested a full refund since it seemed like nothing was coming, and I have yet to get a response. I advise caution when ordering from this company; the appealing website is misleading. If an item is out of stock, it should be clearly indicated, and it shouldn’t be possible to order it. The lack of customer service response leads me to believe this company is unreliable.
