I ordered a kickstand for a mountain bike and recieved notice through USPS Tracking that the shipment had been lost or damaged and could not be delivered. I contacted Rockbros 7 times at three different customer service emails (us@rockbrosusa, service@rockbrosbike, info@rockbrosusa), and messaged them on Facebook. No response. Silence. All I want is confirmation that a replacement is being shipped immediately and Rockbros has not so much as acknowledged I exist.
