Appointment went fine and started only 20-minutes later than scheduled. All I needed was a requisition for an x-ray, which was provided by email after the appointment.
I could not open the password protected PDF requisition using the password provided so I emailed customer service/support and the PDF was sent a second time, with different instructions for the password (both passwords were versions of birthdate). Repeated attempts to open the second PDF with various versions of the password failed on both phone and laptop.
I’ve now sent 2 or 3 more emails over last 24 hours asking for this issue to be resolved, with no follow-up for more than 24 hours.
So, about 36-hours after my appointment, I’m no closer to getting an x-ray than before I started. Extremely frustrating on the customer service front to have to play protracted email tag wondering when or if I’ll ever hear from anyone. At this point, the experience has been a waste of my time (and a waste of MSP $) and I’m thinking I’ll have to make an appointment elsewhere.
4 hours after receiving the below response to my review I have heard nothing from Rocket Doctor despite my extremely solvable (at their end) problem opening a requisition.
12 hours later and still no follow-up on the empty platitudes and promises made in response to my negative review.
