I cancelled my Rocket Lawyer UK membership in June 2024, but the company continued to take £34.99 per month for more than a year afterwards.They’ve admitted they can’t explain how my account was reactivated and have agreed to issue only a partial refund, despite being unable to prove I ever authorised the charges.I’m now pursuing the rest through HSBC and Trading Standards. Very disappointing experience from a company that promotes itself as a trusted legal service.Update 02/11/2025** I have now received information that I will be receiving a full refund for the £524 which was unlawfully taken from my account**I will edit my review accordingly when this money is credited back into my account. I will say that something has gone badly wrong here and that it need looking into why you reactivated my account without my permission. You need to addres this issue so that it doesn't happen again.
