Overall, the application process, processing speed, and web services were all quick and user-friendly, and the APR was competitive. However, there were significant delays with the payoff processing. It took 16 days for the website to show 'paid' after the check was posted, and since the check was from an intermediary, I had to make an extra monthly payment to avoid a late fee. This means the company needs to refund that payment, which could take another 15 days. Meanwhile, the website kept prompting me for a second monthly payment despite showing the payoff check was received. Even after the website indicated it was paid in full, it still suggested rescheduling the second payment, which would only increase what the company owes me. There’s definitely room for improvement in this area!
