I had my satellite radio fee reduced from $14.90/month to $12.92/month, saving me about $23 for the year. Sounds good, right? But they claimed I saved $445 based on the full undiscounted price, not my actual payment. Now, I owe them 35% of that $445 (around $150) for saving me only $23 annually. This feels like a total scam. I fought with them for a refund, and while they eventually recognized my point, they still tried to blame another company. Very frustrating!
