If your to lazy to look at your bank transactions and app store/iTune subscriptions, that are free. Then have this data broker look at your history. Does it work, Yes. Would I recommend absolutely not.
Rocket money is a scam. You cannot talk to a person at all. It is all AI driven. They lied to us about a subscription being cancelled in 2 months when it was actually 10 months. Even though we said not to do anything they went and redid our subscription which was for more than we were paying. They also dont tell you that they charge you 50% of what they suppossidly are saving you. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
I had my satellite radio subscription lowered from $14.90/month to $12.92/month, saving me about $23 for the year—great, right? However, they claimed I saved $445 based on the full undiscounted price, not my actual payment. Now I owe them 35% of that $445 (around $150) despite only saving $23 annually. This feels like a total scam. I battled with them for a refund, and while they eventually acknowledged my correctness, they still tried to shift the blame onto another company. Very disappointing!

Rocket Money is quite ridiculous. To cancel subscriptions you’re already paying for, you have to pay for a subscription with Rocket Money. Essentially, you’re paying another company just to cancel your subscriptions instead of doing it yourself. That’s just a waste of money. What a joke!
I've been struggling to cancel two subscriptions for items purchased through a payment platform. After they updated their website, I couldn't figure out how to cancel. Thankfully, a representative at Rocket Money assisted me in canceling them using the mobile app. She was patient and very helpful. Great service!
They contact companies without your consent and impersonate you. It's nearly impossible to get them to stop. They seem to have a team overseas. They even changed my email address. Their actions are unacceptable and should be prohibited.
