However, they claimed I saved $445 based on the full undiscounted price, not my actual payment. Now I owe them 35% of that $445 (around $150) despite only saving $23 annually. This feels like a total scam. I battled with them for a refund, and while they eventually acknowledged my correctness, they still tried to shift the blame onto another company. Very disappointing!
