Shortly after, my phone was bombarded with notifications because this unprofessional individual conducted a hard inquiry on my credit with all bureaus! I've been diligently working on my credit, waiting for old inquiries to drop, and now I have to deal with another hard inquiry for the next two years, thanks to this deceitful salesperson. Being misled about the credit check is one issue, but now they can't offer the rate or terms they initially promised! Trust me, you should steer clear of this company. If this service continues to employ such individuals, avoiding them is essential.
