Then, the checks issued by Rocket payable to creditors were NEVER MAILED BY ROCKET to me for my endorsement and they blamed the weather for not mailing for the delay. This whole process resulted in my credit being ruined as the creditors were not paid for 2 mos waiting for checks to be MAILED. Has this company never heard of ACH payments? Wait, they have because they certainly use it to instantly take your mortgage payment from your checking account. What a circus. Never again.
