I had a terrible experience with this company; they are the worst merchant I've ever encountered. We purchased two oval diamonds from different merchants before our engagement; one was easy to work with, while this company is refusing to return nearly $6,000 of my money, claiming I didn't follow their return policy. I reused the shipping box, which was not an issue with the other merchant. Their return department had approved my return and instructed me to include all documentation, which I did, but they claimed they received no diamond. They refuse to provide evidence of their investigation and leave me without my diamond or refund. Their return policy is not clearly displayed, and they denied my refund despite admitting they were unaware of relevant regulations. I am now working with my credit card company and a consumer protection lawyer to resolve this. I would advise avoiding this company at all costs due to the significant risk they pose to consumers.
