If they employed this tactic against me, how many others have faced similar intimidation? If you have a negative experience, do not remain silent. There are many consumer protection laws that support your rights. If the harassment continues, I will ensure my voice is heard. Given all this, one must consider: Is this a company you can trust with a significant purchase? Is this someone you want to do business with? FedEx even presented a document with a signature I did not make. I provided my leasing manager's contact information, hoping security footage would confirm that the package was never delivered. Unfortunately, the response from the company was cold and unhelpful. I expected better treatment and assistance during this crisis, yet my pleas were met with indifference. I had trusted this company to provide not just a precious gem but also customer care. My faith in them has been shattered, and I hope sharing my emotional turmoil will encourage others to think twice before trusting them. I urge the company to reconsider their approach and show compassion in resolving this traumatic situation.
I have consistently had great experiences with this company. In fact, I have purchased four diamonds from them, the smallest being 2.71 carats, and the latest a massive 6.25 carats. They offer the same diamonds as several other popular sites, often at significantly lower prices. Just check the certificate numbers to verify. The diamonds are shipped quickly and securely, with excellent packaging and all necessary documentation. Each diamond has been a marvel. While I haven't returned any items, I appreciate their return policy.
I had a terrible experience with this company; they are the worst merchant I've ever encountered. We purchased two oval diamonds from different merchants before our engagement; one was easy to work with, while this company is refusing to return nearly $6,000 of my money, claiming I didn't follow their return policy. They refuse to provide evidence of their investigation and leave me without my diamond or refund. Their return policy is not clearly displayed, and they denied my refund despite admitting they were unaware of relevant regulations. I am now working with my credit card company and a consumer protection lawyer to resolve this. I would advise avoiding this company at all costs due to the significant risk they pose to consumers.
